Just want to bring to your attention this fascinating podcast from the author of 'World Made by Hand'.

draws alot of threads together in an entertaining discussion around peak oil/ urban design issues from the point of view of up state New York. I've learnt more about the US from these podcasts than everything else put together. It would be great to join with other UK Transition groups to get Jim Kunstler to come and speak in England, and specifically Malvern!

... the power of the internet. He can stay where he is and we could hold a live video conference. He could do a webcast focused to a UK audience with questions submitted viaa chat room or twitter. There is no longer any need for people like this to travel to spread their message... no matter how inspirational they might be. My 2 cents :-) Nate
