Suggested meeting for Heart and Soul group

From Nic Harrington on 10th Dec, following the Open meeting on 1st Dec:

A message for all those in the Hearts and Minds group: I'd like to have 
another meeting soon, I suggest Thursday the 18th at the Malvern Hills 
Hotel. Tried sending this to all those on the email list that Roxane sent, 
but it failed to go to 3 people for some reason, maybe we need to check that  all addresses are correct*! Can you let me know if this date is ok, and if not suggest another?

(*One email has definitely been sorted since.)
