'Where Next For Transition Malvern Hills'

After last nights Open Space gathering, which aim was to share and move forward new and existing ideas that the community of Malvern hills area wish to take forward, here is a small report.
I was involved in a discussion regards forming a group that will concentrate on engaging with statutory bodies that will take the voice of Transition Malvern Hills (TMH) forward to make the necessary changes needed towards creating a more sustainable Malvern.
A list was made of those contacts, within the area, that have already been in contact with TMH or TMH has been in contact with them.  These included, AONB, Environmental Efficiency Working Group (MHDC), WI, Malvern Youth Centre, Malvern Country Market, Malvern Community Forest, WCC, Bishops Wood Centre, Malvern Hills Partnership.
  We thought  to start with we would concentrate on Transport, i.e cycling routes, bus routes and Car Share scheme in Malvern.
We will be arranging a meeting at a later date so if you are inetrested in joining us in the discussions, at what ever level you are happy with, do let us know.
