Sharing your stuff around the neighbourhood

This sounds like something of interest - lending ladders, sharing sugar, community creation (all out of alliteration). A website called StreetBank "allows you to enjoy all the things within 1000 yards that your neighbours are willing to share". Assuming enough of them sign up of course.

Transition Tavern

Well, last night was the first Transition Tavern event.  If you weren't there you missed a great opportunity to be indulged by Malverns very talented performers.  Food and drink were shared and the mood was a true community experience.  Many thanks go to Jonathan Penley (Accordion), Will Tooby, 'Nothing Like a Whale' (interesting variety of music, expertly played as never been played before) , Adrian & Catherine (poetry), the Beggars Opera performers (excerpts from the Beggars Opera), The Murphy Brothers (performance included Paddy McGinty's Goat) and John for doing the sound.  Also many thanks to those who helped organised this very enjoyable evening, including Wilma and Nathan.
The Beggars Opera is being preformed at The Coach House Theatre, Grange Road, Malvern on 8th, 9th 10th April 7.30pm, Matinee on 10th 2.30pm.  Plus a performance at Colwall Village Hall 6pm on 11th April.
